My name is Jessica Jones and I am new to the podcast world. Most who know me know that I am technologically challenged! However, I had an idea December 2020 to share my experiences as a Health and Wellness Director of a Memory Care Community on a platform that would inspire, educate and uplift others. I don't know it all by any means. I'm learning and growing every day to navigate through dementia as a professional caregiver. My hope is that through my experiences and itty bitty knowledge as a nurse it will help make someone else's dementia journey a little easier.
